Heating and Cooling

Even in today’s modern buildings, surprisingly large amounts of energy are often wasted through unnecessary heating or cooling. The ABB i-bus® EIB / KNX system aims to put a stop to this with a range of components for energy-saving, individual room temperature regulation, optimally combining our personal preferences with the real heating or cooling demand according to room usage.

The ABB Range includes:

  • Room thermostats for easy adjustment and accurate regulation of the desired room temperature.
  • Fan coil controllers allowing the integration of fan coil units into the EIB / KNX installation.
  • Electronic actuators for controlling electro thermal valve drives.
  • Valve drives and adapters working either electro-mechanically or electro-thermally to control all types of radiator or fan coil valves.
  • Presence detectors for the automation of a demand orientated control of heating and cooling.
