For System 800xA users, Automation Sentinel offers newer versions of the system software, technical phone support, and Solutions Bank Sentinel WEB access. In addition, program subscribers have the option to stay on a specific software version for an extended period of time and still receive support—up to seven years—until they are ready to upgrade to the latest version of the system software. This level and length of support is unprecedented in our industry.
