Minimum qualifications
To apply you will need either to have a good degree or the expectation of one.
Of course, different jobs require different skills but you must have the right attitude and aptitude – be a good team player, have a strong intellect and brain power (and be ready to use it).
We are especially interested in candidates with degrees in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, instrumentation & control and computer science. But we also good people in business and financial disciplines.
Main locations
Although our UK operations are widespread most of our graduate opportunities tend to be in St Neots (Cambridgeshire), Daresbury (Greater Manchester) or Stonehouse (Gloucestershire).
Pay and benefits
Graduate salaries begin at just below £20,000 per year. Your pay will be affected by your role, specialisation, location and qualifications. You can expect a minimum increase of £500pa every six months. And because we regularly compare our salaries with other companies you can be sure that it will remain competitive.
The annual holiday allowance is 25 days and we also offer a pension scheme with life assurance. Other benefits include subsidised staff restaurants and access to staff discounts negotiated by the company.
