ABB introduced a single-class ABB Ltd share on June 28, 1999 on the Swiss Exchange and the stock exchanges in London and Frankfurt. Listing in Stockholm began on June 22, 1999. On April 6, 2001 ABB listed American Depositary Shares (ADS) on the New York Stock Exchange. On September 5, 2005, the ABB share was delisted from the London Stock Exchange, and on December 22, 2005 it was also delisted from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
